Data the app processes
The app processes images that are shared to Reweal. Text and tokens such as URLs, email addresses, phone numbers, dates, IBANs, card-like numbers, and QR or barcodes are extracted.
Processing happens on-device. By default, content is not sent to external servers.
Data the app collects
No account data is collected. Reweal does not collect analytics or tracking data.
Local storage and History
When History is enabled, recognised text and tokens are stored locally on the device so past results can be viewed later. A small preview image may be stored to help identify an entry.
History can be turned off at any time. Entries can be deleted from within the app. Removing the app from the device also removes local data.
Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are handled by Apple via StoreKit. Reweal does not receive payment card details. Subscription status is checked through Apple services.
Third-party services
No third-party analytics or advertising services are used. Apple acts as the payment processor for subscriptions.
Children’s privacy
Reweal is not targeted at children. The app may be used by children under supervision of a parent or guardian.
