Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Reweal, agreement to these Terms is required. If these Terms are not accepted, the app should not be used.

The Service

Reweal is an iOS and iPadOS app that performs on-device OCR on images shared to the app. It extracts text and tokens such as URLs, email addresses, phone numbers, dates, IBANs, card-like numbers, and QR or barcodes to enable convenient actions.

Subscriptions

Reweal offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Weekly Pro and Annual Pro plans are available, with a 3 day trial where offered.

Billing is handled by Apple via the Apple ID associated with the device. Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in Settings. Pricing may vary by region. Purchases can be restored using the standard Apple restore flow.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass technical protections.
• Do not overload the app or interfere with normal operation.
• Do not infringe the rights of others when using extracted content.

Intellectual Property

Reweal and all related content, trademarks, and branding are owned by Gedana LTD or its licensors. No rights are granted except for the limited right to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is and as available. No warranties are provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reweal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from use of the app.

Termination

Access to the app may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are breached. The app can be removed from the device at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
